Pathfinders Camp is a registered charity receiving no external funding. We work hard to keep our camp fees as low as possible through our own fundraising efforts. Everyone who attends Pathfinders Camp is asked to pay the same fee – whether they are a disabled camper, volunteer helper, crew member, camp leader or trustee. Our only exception to this is a discount for first-time attendees.

For 2026 the camp fee is £195 or £140 for first-time attendees. This covers all accommodation, activities and food – but not travel to or from camp. We ask that the full camp fee is paid before camp, by 1st August.

If you would like to pay in instalments, please contact Sam, and we can come to an arrangement to enable this for you. To help us track payments, we ask that you use the button below to ask Sam for a link. When that arrives, click it, and you’re done.

Bursaries

We recognise that some folk may struggle to pay the camp fee in full, and so we have a ‘friendship fund’ that can be accessed to waive part or all of your camp fee. The details are set out in our policy here. Fill out the form below if you need this help.
